- You call upon your vassals to serve you as required by their oaths. A social test is required to keep them in your service. Failure will cause them to leave your service permanently, harming the influence of your affiliations. Extended service will increase disadvantage. Can be dismissed freely at any time.
- You appeal to a character's fanaticism. They will aid you, but only for a narrow range of actions. Their actions will generally cause more conflict. An appropriate skill must be tested to convince them of your continued joint-fanaticism, but extended service won't increase disadvantage (since the characters have limited utility). Failure will harm the influence of your affiliations and cause them to regard you as an enemy. Splitters!
- You present them with a gift that ensures their allegiance or alliance to you. They will aid you for a limited time, depending on how awesome your gift was. Gifts are typically created via artisan skills (personally or purchased). They will automatically leave your service with no issue at the end of the limited time.
- To be determined.
